Formatting cells

When creating a table where the numbers in the table represent money, you can format the cells so that they treat them numbers like money.

For example if you were to enter “10” it would add the “£”, though if the cell was formatted to treat the number like a date, it may display the 10th of the month instead.

To format a cell, select the “Data” menu on the toolbar and then select the ——— INSERT
