Do I tell the JobCentre that I’ve got a job?
For the majority, getting a full time job is the aim of the game and universal credit is keeping them going.
What do I say to Jobcentre?
Truth! UC designed so that you’re always better off with a job.
Be very honest and explicit with what the job offer is, and don’t get too excited and presume you’ve got it, play it safe. If income low, UC will still be there to help. Could even be applicable for work allowance.
Will all be done automatically probably, though if not coach and Jobcentre will tell you what to do.
