Double Click

Sometimes when you left click on something just the once, it’s not enough to interact with it, and you need to click it twice within short succession.

This is done sometimes because designers want the item you’re clicking on to have multiple behaviours, and will assign one to a single click, and one to a double click.

For example clicking once on a folder highlights it, to show that it is selected and double clicking it opens it.
