Mailing Lists
Mailing lists are long lists of email addresses, that companies use to send advertising and promotional material to the general public.
When you sign up for accounts on websites, at some point you’re likely to accidentally sign on to a mailing list, but worry not, you’re also able to remove yourself from them as well.
When you receive an email from a mailing list, scroll to the bottom of the email and look for a “Unsubscribe” link or button and click on it.
Clicking on this will remove you from the mailing list and prevent you from receiving further emails in the future.
